I'm using an epson et-3850 printer. The pictures of my cd's are taken with my phone. I copy the picture into the audio label files directory. I start the software, select the appropriate label template (I've tried the original cd stomper cd labels, and also the Avery 8692 for printing the CD labels. I then double click on the picture of the CD I made and copied to the program and it shows up somewhat off the label. It's never there perfectly. I've used the software to stretch the picture to fit the label perfectly but when I print it always has background parts of the picture as well as the cd. The problem I'm having is the picture is never aligned correctly with the template. It's always too small when i put it on the screen. And no matter how I attempt to correct it, it never prints properly on the labels.. No idea what to do. I'm wasting a lot of labels testing ways to make it print properly. My printer is always set to print at 100% scale. The software seems to run perfectly, never see any errors. I just never makes the CD picture on the screen or print properly.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
Sonny
