Program not opening.

Got a problem. When I try to open the program, I get the opening screen. After a few minutes, the program crashes. Tje program worked before now. I am running Windows 10. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

I’m not sure of the exact problem, but please try:

1. Completely uninstall AudioLabel.
2. Re-boot your computer,
3. Download and install a new copy of AudioLabel (the full version).

Please us know if this fixes the problem.

Thanks for your quick response. I uninstalled the program, restarted my computer, then downloaded and reinstalled the program. It did not help. When I open the program, I get the blue circle and after a few minutes, it goes off. I am planning to reformat my computer to see if that helps, since it has been several years since I last reformatted. Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks again.

The only other problem I can think of is a corrupt AudioLabel file (an .aud file).

When AudioLabel starts, some of the files in the “Document > My Labels” folder are loaded.

If there is a corrupt file in there, AudioLabel might not load.

Please close AudioLabel and remove all files from the “Document > My Labels” folder. When AudioLabel starts again, it will load default templates which might solve the problem.
