two Polish letters

I am using Polish alphabet letters in my Microsoft Word 10 (right Alt+English letter).
All work in AudioLabel except for two letters :
"a" with a bottom tail (like ę)
"c" with top ' (like ś).

How can I get those two Polish letters in AudioLabel ????
