Hi,
AudioLabel will always send the exact dimensions to the printer, but the print driver settings could change things. For example, the dimensions could be skewed if your print driver has a "Scale to Fit", "Scaling", or "Reduce/Enlarge" option turned on. These settings might have been turned on before installing AudioLabel.
When you go to "Print" in AudioLabel, click the "Properties" button and then the "Print Driver Properties". Please double check the print driver settings for ANY option that might scale the final print.
Also, please make sure you are using the absolute latest print driver from the manufacturer's website.
If you still have problems, please let us know the model of your printer and the operating system you are using.
