Prints Image on both disks but only prints text on one disk

I have been trying to print two labels at a time but when I add the labels and text to the cd template, even though both labels are exactly alike on screen, when I print the label, the text I wrote only shows up on the top label. The bottom label prints the same image as the top label but does not print the text.

I was wondering if you could reply to this post and attached the problem label file (ending with .aud)? We could test it here and hopefully find the problem.

Also what model printer do you have?

I tested your label file here by printing out the labels with the "Disc 2 - Bottom", "Disc 1 - Duplicate", and "Disc 2 - Duplicate" options. In all of my tests, the top and bottom discs printed with text on them (as shown in the "Print Preview").

I'm not sure of your print exact settings, but maybe the problem is a combination of the one or two disc options in AudioLabel. Also, I'm using a Canon printer, which is different. Are you using the absolute latest print driver for your printer?

Regardless of the print settings, the "Print Preview" should always show exactly what will be printed.
