Audiolabel 6.0 (Build 3) only works for a day - hangs

Purchased the full version of audiolabel a couple of weeks ago. The first time I installed it, when I tried to launch the program it wouldn't start and just displayed the logo in the center of the desktop. I uninstalled it and installed it again and this time it started ok. The following day it did the same, wouldn't launch with logo in center of desktop. I couldn't see the error code as it was behind the logo. I uninstalled it again and installed it and worked fine but the following day it did the same.

When I start audiolabel this is the information I can get about the problem

I'm sorry for any inconvenience. This problem only occurred on AudioLabel version 6.0 (Build 3) and was fixed with AudioLabel Version 6.0 (Build 4) - free update.

Please download and install the full version of AudioLabel Version 6.0 (Build 4) using the same download link that was emailed to you after purchase.
