UNABLE TO OPEN SOFTWARE

I have tried several times to open AudioLabel 7 in Win 10 with no success.

Hi, Followed your instructions re download, the program still does not open.
Further, I get message to say "Account deactivated".

Will you please sort this problem out ASAP.

Your account is active and a download link was just resent to your email address.

Could you please describe the problem in more detail? Are there any error messages or warnings?

The program will not open no matter what I do.

The problem is there are no error messages.
Like I said earlier, I was able to open your trial software with no problem.

Is it possible to extend the trial period with the upgrade?

I am still waiting for a reply to my last question!!
I cannot believe I am the the only person with this problem.
If I was a cynical person I might think you are stalling me so as to let the 30 day money back guarantee expire.
Please say it is not so?
I really don't want my money back, I just want to use your fine software.
