The Units dialog can be opened from the Layout Menu. This dialog allows you to select the unit of measurement used throughout the program (inches or millimeters).

The Units are displayed for the dimensions in the Edit Dimensions dialog, Save as Image dialog, Text Margin property, and the Background Overlap option.
