The WorkCentre 7225 is kind of a large office printer, but AudioLabel should still work fine. It sounds like the print driver settings need adjustment.
I would recommend resetting your print driver settings back to the factory default, and see if that fixes the problem.
Please open AudioLabel, click the "Print" button, click the "Printer Properties" button, and then the "Print Driver Properties" button. This will open the print driver settings for the 7225 as shown below.
Please change the "Saved Settings" to "Driver Defaults", and also click the reset button (with the circular arrow). After clicking "OK" the print driver settings should be back to factory default.
