Problems printing with Officejet Pro 8600

I downloaded the trial version..no print..no problem...so I buy the full version...still no print..i feel as if I have been stiffed!!!no error message...just no print..I have an hp officejet pro 8600...my deadline is tonight...

Hi,

I'll be glad to help.

Please reboot your computer and try printing something from another program.

If you can currently print from another program, then open AudioLabel and try printing a label. Make sure the correct printer has been selected in the Print dialog of AudioLabel.

Usually when there is a problem printing there will be an error message of some kind. If there is an error message, please let us know the exact wording of the error message. If there is no error message, please check to see if there is a print job in the printer queue.

If you still have problems:

1. What Windows operating system are you using?
2. How is your printer connected to your computer? (USB, Ethernet, Wi-fi)
3. What labels are you trying to print? (CD/DVD/Blu-ray - Front, Back, or Disc Label)

This morning I printed two documents from g mail...my printer is printing everything else...afte I press print ..the response is ...printing...but nothing happens..I am not getting any error message

I am sorry for any inconvenience. There are a few more things to try.

1. Uninstall AudioLabel (very important)
2. Reboot your computer.
3. Download and install the full version of AudioLabel (using the download link that was emailed to you).

When you go to print in AudioLabel, please make sure the correct printer is selected in the Print Dialog of AudioLabel.

If still have problems printing:

1. Is there a print job in the printer queue after printing from AudioLabel?
2. What Windows operating system are you using?
3. How is your printer connected to your computer? (USB, Ethernet, Wi-fi)
4. What labels are you trying to print? (CD/DVD/Blu-ray - Front, Back, or Disc Label)

"Well guess what, the thing printed after all. I did another reboot. Wish I could add reasons why."
