What is the default file location for the background images?

Postby norrum » Wed Oct 23, 2013 6:58 am

Reading the info about the program it said that there was a set of backgrounds ready to be used but none showed up on my download. I previously used 4.2- and this had a set of useful backgrounds. Have I missed something in the download? I have an old copy of 4.20 running on an old XP machine which has the supplied backgrounds. Is it possible to transfer them to my Windows 7 machine?

Hi Ian,

Yep, all versions of AudioLabel have backgrounds that come with the program. It sounds like you might need to map to the correct folder hosting the images.

If you are using Windows 7 (64-bit) the background images will be stored here:
C:/Program Files (x86)/AudioLabel/Backgrounds.

If you are using Windows 7 (32-bit) then the background images will be stored here:
C:/Program Files/AudioLabel/Backgrounds

Once you open AudioLabel, on the right side you should see an Image Folder button. Click 'Image Folder' and map to the backgrounds as discussed above.

Let me know if you need further assistance.
