Direct to disc tray template for Canon TS9560

Hi, does anyone know what canon disc tray template to use with a Canon TS9560.

This is probably too late but I had the same problem with a Canon TS 9520.

I posted on this forum and no response. I also contracted support but either this place is out of business or technical support is non-existent since also no response.

I was able to get it to work by modifying a template. It took a lot of blank CDs and ink, but here are the template settings that worked for me:

Template: Canon All Models Tray M - Print Directly on CD
Top: 1.8mm
Left: 2.0mm
Outer Diameter: 117mm
Inner Diameter: 31.8mm
